MEDICAL EDUCATION

Dr. John Lee is from Central Illinois and received his undergraduate education from Illinois Wesleyan University. He received his M.D. from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Loyola University Medical Center and his general and interventional cardiology fellowships at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Dr. Lee joined private practice at Metropolitan Cardiology Consultants in 2006 and is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases. Dr. Lee sees general cardiology patients and specializes in interventional cardiology and the Peripheral Vascular Disease (PVD) program. He and his wife, Jeana, enjoy running, tennis and travel.
